Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business name and the details you enter into the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to your message, discuss services you have asked about and keep a record of the conversation where needed. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list from this form. The lawful basis for handling enquiries is normally our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Form delivery and sharing

Our form uses Formspree, a third-party service, to process the enquiry and forward it to our Gmail inbox. The message is also processed by our email provider. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for handling the request and any related business records. Formspree stores submissions in its dashboard (the free plan has a limited archive period), while notification emails may remain in our inbox until deleted. If a project begins, relevant client records may need to be kept for accounting or contractual reasons.
